Jtown Apparel was launched in 2018 after designer, athlete and entrepreneur, Mike Peak, was inspired by a J looking fishhook while sipping a Bloody Mary in San Francisco dreaming of his hometown paradise in Jupiter, Florida. He scribbled the logo design on a cocktail napkin and envisioned capturing the Jtown “Jupiter” lifestyle brand on hats to sport around. His first collection of hats garnered an overwhelming positive response and the local lifestyle brand was born.

Jtown Apparel is family owned and locally designed in Jupiter, Florida. Mike has extended the lifestyle brand collection to satisfy the growing demand of athleisure. Jtown Apparel now offers a variety of merchandise including long sleeve sun shirts, sweatshirts, tumblers and more.

Mike Peak

Originally, a Michigan native, Mike Peak traded in the snow shovel for a sand shovel more than 20 years ago after falling in love with the Jtown / Jupiter lifestyle. He enjoys boating, fishing, golf and has sponsored various local Jupiter youth sports teams including softball, football, soccer and lacrosse. While being an avid outdoor enthusiast throughout the year, Mike depends on Jtown attire to keep him feeling and looking cool while offering the ultimate comfort under-the-sun.

Mike, his daughter Madison, and his entire extended family call the Jupiter waterfront and boating enclave their home. In his free time, Mike appreciates boating, dining in waterfront restaurants with his first mate, Wendy, and coaching his daughter’s softball team.
